Can't open Media Center

Hi, is there any one can halp me with this problem? After faild to download a
new version of iTune, I re-start my coumputer and try to open Media Center,
but all I get is a massage says: Aplication has generated an exeption that
could not be handle. Process id=0x9c8 (2504), Theread id=0xa7c (2684) Click
OK to terminate the application. Click CANCEL to debug the aplication.
And I tried to Click CANCEL but all I recived is another massage: Registered
JIT debegger is not available. An attemp to launch a JIT debegger with the
following command resulted in error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer
settings.
