CPU memory is being used up by ISUSP.exe and agent.exe
Every time I reboot computer a program named ISUSP.exe which is an install
shield update program starts a program named agent.exe that proceeds to use
up all the CPU. If I use CTRL+ALT+DEL to access Windows Task Manager and turn
off ISUSP.exe CPU returns to a usable state but I do not want to disable any
programs unnecessarily. (It seems to get in a loop of some kind.)
