VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected using Remote Web Workplace
I have one user who gets this error when the try to connect to their
workstation in the office using RWW. They can get to the options screen for
choosing the client computer but when they try and connect to their computer
they get the following message.
vbscript: Remote Desktop Disconnected
The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections
might not be enables or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to
occur, please contact your administrator.

The laptop is an HP EliteBook with Windows 7 Professional. It is a member of
the domain joined via connect computer in SBS 2003 R2.
The user is a member of the Remote Desktop Users group in the domain and can
connect to this workstation using their credentials on other laptops. All
other users can connect without issue.
I am familiar with the tricks to get RWW working I have used it for 6+ years
and have had the joy of experiencing this buggy little component from SBS
2000 to the present. I have installed the Remote Desktiop Services Active X
Client as well.
I have disabled Windows Firewall and Anti Virus without any luck.
I have also compared the IE 8 settings on the problem laptop with another
Windows 7 computer that works with the same credentials and they are
identical.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
We have a Cisco Pix 501 firewall. All other users can connect using RWW
without issue.
