Session not running program defined on Programs tab

I'm uncertain as to whether this question is best placed here or on a windows
server 2000 group. I have a program path defined in an RDP connection. It
used to work properly. Recently it began not to work. Regardless of what I
place in the path, it will not work. But only on this particular server.

What happened and how can I resolve it?
