Remote desktop client 6 problem

Hi,

My customer still has a NT4 Terminal server and Vista and XP clients.
After they installed XP SP3 and Vista SP1, they are getting "protocol
error". I believe that this is related to the new version of Remote
desktop client. I understand that NT4 is no longer supported but I would
like to see if there is any possible answer here. Thank you
