Remote desktop only works before user has logged in (local)
Hi,
Hopefully someone has seen this behavior before and can help me.

We have an XP pro sp2 pc that remote desktop used to work fine on.
The video card died and has been replaced, now remote desktop only works
before the local user has logged on, after a restart.

There are no errors given, the connect button greys out for about a second
and that is all that happens.

This is over a lan from vista sp1 or xp sp2 machines.

There must be something happening when the local user logs in that stops the
remote desktop from working.
I also tried logging in locally with the administrator account and the same
behavior occurs.

TIA.
Graham.

I have now fixed this, it was down to the vga drivers.
card is a radeon hd 2400 pro agp. I had to go to sapphire's website to get
the drivers and a hot fix.
ATI site only had PCI express drivers.
