Disconnected sessions

After 5 or 10 minutes my disconnected sessions are closing everything and
logging me out of our network. How can I keep these disconnected sessions
always running? Our servers, by policy, allow us to disconnect and sessions
stay open until we reconnect (or by tscc.exe)

But, I cannot get my desktop to keep disconnected sessions active! I term
into my desktop at work, open 10 things i'm working on, my network connection
frips out shortly and all my work is closed. BAH.

GPEDIT.MSC / Sessions / Set time limit for disconnected sessions (does not
work for XP).. says right in the description ... Note: This setting does not
apply to console sessions such as Remote Desktop sessions with computers
running Windows XP Professional.

Any help here?
