Remote Desktop window shut off

I connect office computer via VPN. It has been usually okay in my new desktop
(3 months old). When I typed login and password in my new desktop coputer,
remote desktop window shuts off(disappear) after ~10 seconds black blank. Do
you have any suggestions?

Though I cannot connect using my new desktop, I still can connect using my 4
yr old laptop at the same time. It's interesting...
