Remote desktop access
We have a SBS 2003 , workstations XP PRO. Need to connect remotely to the
server we enter the https://mail.server.com/remote and get to the initial log
on page, and once we enter user id and password we go on to main page but
when we try to connect to computers or to the server desktop we get error
message "The portion of Remote Web Workplace requires Microsoft Remote
Desktop ActiveX Control. Your browswer's security settings may be preventing
you from downloading ActiveX controls. Adjust these settings, and to connect
again." We have gone to the Internet Options in Control panel and on the
security taba have set to enable ActiveX and to get prompt in all settings,
to no avail.
What kind of settings do we need to do. Also, have added our
Https://xxxx.xxxxxxxx.com to our trusted sites, but still have had no luck.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
