strane icone facendo alt+tab

Un saluto a tutti
da qualche giorno ho notato che se faccio alt+tab trovo una serie di icone
attive
senza aluna descrizione o immagine che faccia capire a quale programma
appartengono
potete aiutarmi, grazie
